BLS CPR (Approx. 4 Hrs)                              

   This course provides healthcare professionals the skills to react to numerous life-threatening emergencies and injuries. this course also provides CPR, AED, and relieve choking training in a safe, timely and effective manner.

 

Content in course covered:

 

  • High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

  • The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components

  • Important early use of an AED

  • Effective ventilations using a barrier device

  • Importance of teams in multirescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multirescuer CPR

  • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

Bloodborne  Pathogen  (Approx. 1 HRS)

   Bloodborne Pathogens is a course that teaches providers how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials that can prove harmful for those who come in contact.

 

Content in course covered:                                     

  • Protect themselves from blood or blood-containing materials.

  • Act when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

  • Act quickly and safely.

  • Take the right steps to clean themselves and the area involved when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

  • Inform their supervisor about the incident.

  • Report any exposure to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

Family and Friends CPR (Approx. 4-6 hrs)

   Community CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life. 

Family and Friends classes aren't offered regularly, but will be created based off the needs your specific group pending the size and details.

Content in course covered:

  • Adult AED use

  • Child CPR

  • Infant CPR

  • Adult, child infant relief of choking

  • Adult Hands-Only CPR


Class length varies (depending on what modules you wish to take, all modules are approx. 2hrs. total)

HeartSavers CPR, AED, First AID

(Approx. 6 Hrs)

​

   Built for providers who need to learn CPR for personal enrichment or work related  fields NOt involved in professional healthcare. The course is ideal for the lay persons, Educators, childcare professionals, new parents.

​

Content in course covered: 

  • First aid basics

  • Medical/injury emergencies

  • Environmental emergencies

  • Preventing illness and injury

  • Adult CPR and AED use

  • Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies

  • Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR

CPR training medical procedure workshop.

HeartSavers CPR and Aed (Approx. 4 Hrs)

   This course introduces adult CPR with optional child and/or infant CPR/AED modules. This provides skills using AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, allowing instructors to observe the providers while giving live feedback, This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use

​

  • Adult CPR and AED use

  • Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies

  • Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR

Medicine Kit

Heartsavers First AID (Approx. 4 Hrs)

   Designed for teaching basic duties of first aid response.  Providers learn first aid actions for medical emergencies. The course includes severe choking, heart attack, and stroke, skills for handling injury and environmental emergencies, external bleeding, broken bones and sprains, and bites and stings. ideal for providers who only need first aid
